About JCL...JCL Cleaning Products was established in 1990 by John Craven as a small cleaning supply company and we have grown to become a market leader in our industry.Our company policy is to provide customers with the best possible service, products & advice. We now employ eleven full time staff including our five sales representatives and an in house support team of five. We currently service areas from Dannevirke through Hawkes Bay to Gisborne and Taupo. We achieve this by maintaining a large range of stock lines from reputable suppliers and by building an excellent relationship with our customers. We are focused on stocking a range of products to suit all cleaning needs including industrial products, automotive products, paper products, janitorial products and much more. We implement the latest technology to lead the way in sales & service. We are customer focused and our Sales Representatives work with customers to find products to suit their needs, and a regular service call cycle is then developed. This is then followed up by our store staff that endeavor to provide same day delivery throughout the Bay and over night to Gisborne and Taupo. It is with great regret that John Craven (owner) passed away in April 2006, before seeing this website up and running. John will be sadly missed by many but he would be happy to see that through following his recipe for out standing customer service, his business continues to be an industry leader in sales and service.
